    • Air India Express Limited (“AIXL”) is offering special discounts for a limited period to the passengers on flight bookings made exclusively through official website of AIXL i.e., www.airindiaexpress.com (the “Website”) or through AIXL’s official mobile application (“Mobile App”) (Website or Mobile App hereinafter, wherever the context so permits,  is referred to as “AIXL Platform”). Below are the details of the offer (“Offer”), made through AIXL Platform:

    • Cancellations of the bookings made under this Offer are subject to applicable fees specified on the Website.
    • AIXL reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Offer with or without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, or suspension of the Offer by AIXL shall not entitle the passengers to any claims or compensation against AIXL for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the foregoing act.
    • AIXL reserves the right to vary, delete, or amend the Offer terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) from time to time without prior notice, which shall be applicable to the passengers at all times. Decision of the Airline shall be final and binding in this regard.
    • The passengers booking the flight pursuant to this Offer agree to be bound by these T&Cs and are also deemed to have given their consent for the collection of personal information, governed by the AIXL’s Privacy Notice.
    • These T&Cs are in addition to and not in substitution of the Conditions of Carriage which will be applicable upon booking by the passenger. All bookings and travel are subject to the AIXL’s Conditions of Carriage.
    • If any act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of AIXL and which prevents AIXL from complying with these T&Cs, the passengers acknowledge and agree not to hold AIXL or its employees, affiliates, representatives liable for any failure to perform or for any delay in performing its obligations hereunder.
    • These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction on all matters arising out of or due to this Offer.
